Inspiration of the week: Italian brand Visionnaire's project in Miami

This exclusive penthouse is located in the Arte Surfside complex in Miami. The building is designed as a work of art and is shaped like a pagoda. It includes 16 luxury residences designed as exclusive belvederes overlooking the ocean. All offer the opportunity to enjoy the kind of outdoor living that is so typical of Mediterranean cultures.
The furnished Visionnaire penthouse is split over three levels and occupies the upper floors of the complex, totalling over 700 sqm. It is a space with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a private rooftop pool.
The living area faces the ocean, which offers unparalleled views. The balanced environment, where panorama and furniture don't compete but complement each other, includes the brand's best-selling pieces. Foremost among these is the Ca'Foscari sofa (dis. Alessandro La Spada), whose convex-curved perimeter lines echo the family of consoles and the low Marty table (dis. Marco Piva), as well as the new Montparnasse upholstery proposal by Mauro Lipparini.
The centrepiece of the dining area is the brand icon, the Kerwan table. The particularity of the model lies in the curvature of the legs, which are made of marble slab rather than solid block, thus avoiding unnecessary waste. The steel and stone of the base optically merge with each other. A marble tabletop completes the sculptural design. The table is presented in combination with the Astrid chairs and Thamos sideboard (designed by Alessandro La Spada), and the Boreal 9 chandelier (designed by Marco Piva), which adds a luxurious touch to the entire composition.
On the top floor is the master bedroom with luxurious ocean views. A distinctive feature of the Emotion bed (dis. La Conca) is the boiserie headboard. The latter can accommodate functional elements: built-in soft light, storage compartments, drawers, bookcases, and wood-finished shelves. The bed is enhanced by an intricate joinery, which allows you to open some parts of the headboard with a simple push-pull movement. The refined silhouettes of the Rosemary armchairs and the Jet plane desk complete the room's interior composition. On the same floor of the house there are two more bedrooms, furnished with large Palau and Genesis beds.
It's safe to say that the penthouse's rooftop, with its sensational panoramic views, solarium and private swimming pool, is one of the most impressive spots on Miami Beach. Visionnaire has also taken care of the decoration of this space, outfitting the solarium area with Farnese armchairs, an Oberto low table and a family of Kathryn chairs in a sophisticated wicker finish. The lounge area features a Galloway sofa by Maurizio Manzoni with a solid iroko wood structure, as well as armchairs and a Coney Island coffee table.
Visionnaire creatively interprets the Mediterranean 'culture of living' and continues to fascinate with its unique style through its elaborate indoor and outdoor interiors.
