The new Sahrai and Roberto Cavalli capsule carpet collection

The new capsule carpet collection is the result of a collaboration between two renowned brands, Sahrai and Roberto Cavalli. In this way, the rug house continued its experimentation with Persian heritage, which it reinterpreted with modern fashion trends in mind. The Cavalli Scratch line was developed with Fausto Puglisi, Roberto Cavalli's creative director.
The collection comprises several rugs with characteristic animalistic prints in neutral and black tones: Jaguar, Tiger, Zebra as well as Flag. The pieces are handmade from New Zealand wool and bamboo silk. The Flag rug deserves special attention. Its geometry is an allusion to the American flag filled with animal patterns.
According to the creative team, the collection is a symbol of a new aesthetic: versatile, wild, passionate and inclusive at the same time. It becomes a concise statement about sensuality, freedom and dynamics, accompanied by ancient techniques and daring experiments.
New Studio is a representative of the Italian factory Sahrai in Belarus.
